Reservation Policies

General Hotel Policy:

 

Booking policies Hotel Real 1900

  •  Check in: 3:00 p.m. - Check out: 1:00 p.m.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
  • The cardholder in guarantee must correspond to the person who is staying providing a copy of his INE.
  •  In cases of high occupancy, and if there is no previous modification or cancellation by the guest, a pre-verification of the credit of the card with which the reservation was guaranteed will be made, on the day of the arrival date at the latest at 3:00 p.m., to guarantee your stay.
  •  Late Check Out - in the event that the guest has not vacated the room no later than 1:00 p.m., and according to the availability of occupancy of the Hotel, he may make an additional charge to the card provided, which corresponds to half of the reservation fee.
  •  Early Check In - the room reserved before Check In (15:00 hours) can be assigned to the guest, as long as the room is available.
  •  The accommodation is free for children under 12 years sharing the room with their parents, not including food.
  • There will be an extra charge for an additional person over 12 years.
  • The maximum capacity of people will depend on the type of room reserved.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  •  There is the possibility of having a cot in the room (subject to prior request and availability).
  • The advertised rate is per room per night and expressed in Mexican pesos.
  • Taxes are included in the reservation total.
  • The advertised rate may change without notice.

 

Cancellation Policies of Hotel Real 1900

 

  • Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at 01733 110 1106 at least 72 hours in advance of the arrival date to avoid the charge of 1 NIGHT plus taxes.
  • In the event that the cancellation or modification of the reservation is not made within this period, the Guest will incur a penalty, for which the charge of 1 NIGHT plus taxes will be made to the card provided to guarantee your reservation.
  • In cases of high occupancy, the hotel will pre-verify the credit of the card with which the reservation was guaranteed on the day of the guest's arrival. If said card is not authorized or rejected, the reservation will be automatically canceled.


Non-arrival policy at the hotel with guaranteed reservation - No Show

 

  • If the change or cancellation is not made in the aforementioned time and manner, the charge will be made for the amount of one night plus taxes, for each room reserved to the credit card with which the stay was guaranteed.
  • For stays of more than one night, if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night plus taxes of the room reserved to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed. The rest of the stay will be automatically canceled.
